About this Journal
In the spring of 2010, four rising 1L’s, Caesar Lopez, Kristin Luciano, Christopher Psihoules, and Jennette Wiser, came together over their shared interests in the intellectual property, sports, and entertainment law fields. Their creative drive and intellectual hunger to discuss current and important legal issues in the intellectual property, sports and entertainment law fields culminated in the birth of the Pace I.P., Sports & Entertainment Law Forum (PIPSELF) in the fall of 2010. As co-founders of PIPSELF, Caesar, Kristin, Chris, and Jennette are dedicated to fostering a creative environment where professors, practitioners, students, and thinkers alike can freely exchange ideas related to emerging issues in the I.P., sports and entertainment law fields.
