This is a copy of the proceedings circulated during the WiredSafety's International Stop Cyberbullying Conference, held in White Plains, New York, June 2nd and 3rd, 2008. The conference was held as a result of collaboration and partnership among the following: Pace University, Westchester County Executive's Office, and the following sponsors: Verizon, Microsoft, AOL, McAfee, Disney, The Girl Scouts of the USA, Procter & Gamble, Child Safety Research and Innovation Center (Canada), WiredTrust, and iCast Media Productions as well as all volunteers at WiredSafety.org. Dr. Parry Aftab is the Executive Director and Founder of WiredSafety.org (home of StopCyberbullying.org).

Abstract

The conference for which this proceedings came from addresses the problems of cyberbullying, "a silent epidemic stalking our children on social networks, instant messaging, interactive games and cell phones"
