Abstract
Many implications of positive thinking are intertwined with definitions of optimism. A model has been composed that attempts to outline the whole of positive thinking; related concepts (optimism, perception, and self-esteem), antecedents (motivation and goal settings), outcomes (life satisfaction, health, performance), and implications and applications (the media, children and leadership).
