Abstract
This comment explores the potential of carbon sequestration as a means to address global warming. The author discusses whether the Underground Injection Control Program of the Safe Drinking Water Act provides a regulatory structure for carbon sequestration, as well as other amendments to the current statutory framework to facilitate the use of carbon sequestration.
